Mendoza Cleaning is an independent LLC based in Columbus, Ohio. No national brand behind us, no call center in front of us.

Mendoza Cleaning LLC is a cleaning company in Columbus, Ohio. We clean houses, condos and rentals across the city and its suburbs, and we clean the offices, storefronts and just-finished builds that sit between them. Independent, registered in Ohio, licensed and insured.

Most of our work is in ordinary Columbus homes — families with kids, pets, a full week, and a house that gets lived in hard. The rest is for landlords turning a property over, agents getting a listing ready, and small businesses that need the space right before the doors open.

We’re not a franchise, and we’re not a territory somebody bought. There is no national brand setting our standard from another state, and nobody sitting between you and the person answerable for the work. What we sell is one thing: the same clean, done to the same list, every visit.

That’s also why we don’t publish prices. A four-bed house after a renovation and a two-bed condo on a monthly rotation are not the same job, and pretending otherwise is how you end up with surprise charges. Tell us about the space; we’ll quote it straight.

If your house isn’t right, you shouldn’t have to explain it to three people before someone fixes it.

A standard clean keeps a maintained home maintained: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the surfaces you touch daily. A deep clean goes after the build-up between those — baseboards by hand, vent covers off the wall, window tracks, grout lines, and behind the fridge. Plan on a deep clean taking most of the day.

Yes. We clean offices, retail and storefronts, and do post-construction cleans, scheduled around your hours so we're not working around your team.

It goes straight to the owner, not a call center. She reads it, gets in touch to talk through the space, and quotes it. Nothing is booked until she confirms a time with you directly, and you get a confirmation text once it's on the calendar.
