These terms apply to your use of mendozacleaning.co and to cleaning services provided by Mendoza Cleaning LLC.

Requesting a cleaning

Submitting the form on our website is a request, not a confirmed booking. No appointment exists until we contact you and confirm a specific date and time. We will get in touch to arrange one.

Text message program

Program description. When you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, Mendoza Cleaning will send you messages about your bookings: confirming appointment dates and times, and handling rescheduling.

Message frequency. Varies based on how often you book. Most clients receive a small number of messages per appointment.

Cost. We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, then nothing further. You can rejoin at any time by contacting us.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (614) 663-7220 or mendozacleaning4u@gmail.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your phone number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers. Major US carriers are supported. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

Appointment times are arranged directly with you and confirmed by text.
