When you request a cleaning through our website, we collect:

• Contact you about scheduling a cleaning
• Send you text messages confirming your appointment date and time
• Provide the cleaning service at the address you gave us

Text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you messages about your bookings — confirming appointment times and handling rescheduling requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, your mobile opt-in data, or your SMS consent with any third party. Your phone number is used only to communicate with you about your service.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate our business:

• Supabase — stores our booking and client records
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — delivers our text messages
• Netlify — hosts our website
• GitHub — stores our website’s source code. No client information is kept there.

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses two analytics tools so we can see which pages people find useful. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and shows which pages are read. We have turned off Google’s advertising features, so this is never used to target ads at you.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised page interactions so we can find parts of the site that are confusing. It is set to mask all text, so anything you type into a form is never recorded.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not allow these tools to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. Neither tool runs on the private area of this site.

How we protect your information

Your details are held in a hosted database with access controls that restrict every table to the business owner’s authenticated account. Nothing on the public website can read client records.

• All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest by our hosting providers.
• Access to booking and client records requires a password-protected login. Only the business owner has an account, and the site has no public sign-up.
• Phone numbers used for text messaging are passed only to our messaging provider for the purpose of sending your messages.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you using the contact details we hold.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How long we keep your information

We keep client and booking records for as long as you remain a customer, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

You may:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
